Smoothie Bowl with California Prunes

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 5-6 California Prunes
  • 1 cup white chia seeds
  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup cocoa powder

Toppings:

  • banana
  • strawberries
  • chopped prunes
  • grated coconut

Directions

  1. Peel half an avocado and half a frozen banana.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and put them in the blender.
  3. Add a few ice cubes.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour into a bowl.
  6. Top with your favourite foods.
