Prune Puree
Prune puree adds moisture and richness to a variety of baked goods. It can often be found in the baking goods section of your supermarket.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups (about 8 ounces) pitted Prunes
- 6 tablespoons hot water
Directions
In food processor, process Prunes and water until puréed. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 month.
Makes 1 cup
