- 12 California Prunes
- 2 tbsp nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter)
- ¼ cup melted chocolate of choice (I used semi-dark chocolate and 1 tsp coconut oil)
- 1 handful crushed cashews (or other nuts)
- Cut a slit in each prune.
- Fill prunes with nut butter.
- Dunk in the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle on your crushed nuts.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 min.
