Matcha Chocolate Covered Prunes with Peanut Butter Drizzle

Delicious naturally sweetened California Prunes covered in matcha chocolate, topped with a peanut butter drizzle. The ultimate yummy snack that’s both nutritious and tastes good.

  • 15 California Prunes
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • peanut butter


  1. Melt white chocolate in a large bowl over a pot of boiling water until smooth and no lumps remain. Alternatively, you can do this in the microwave by microwaving it in 30 sec intervals, while mixing after each time.
  2. Add matcha powder to the melted white chocolate and mix until smooth.
  3. Dip the prunes in the matcha chocolate, and place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 10 mins.
  4. Drizzle peanut butter on top and freeze for another 10 mins. Remove and enjoy!
