Prune Energy Bites

Provided by: Key Ingredients for the California Prune Board


  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup Prunes
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons honey


Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until everything is crumbled. Form mixture into 1″ balls.  Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
