Cozy Après Ski Spiced Hot Chocolate with California Prunes

Introducing Erin’s Après Ski Spiced Hot Chocolate– an elixir that’s as comforting as it is nutritious. This refined sugar-free, dairy-free elixir is crafted with health-conscious ingredients, making it the perfect post-ski treat or evening indulgence by the campfire.

I always bring prunes when I travel, to help maintain regularity after long flights or stressful races. But prunes aren’t just for digestion – they also add a rich, velvety texture to every sip, while providing antioxidants, fibre, and essential nutrients like vitamin K, potassium, boron, and vitamin B6 for bone, gut, and heart health. Especially beneficial for postmenopausal women or female athletes, prunes support bone health and overall well-being in a delightful way.

While the ingredient combination may seem unconventional, rest assured it’s been tried and tested by chocolate and sweet lovers alike. Share this healthy spiced hot chocolate with friends and watch their pleasant surprise at the delicious blend of healthy ingredients.

So, the next time you’re craving a warm and cozy drink, simply toss these ingredients into the blender and treat yourself to a mug of wholesome goodness. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of skiing or in need of a nourishing boost, Cozy Après Ski Elixir promises to warm your body and soul with every sip.
