California Prune Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (steel cut/rolled)
- 3/4 cup almond milk (or alternative)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 6-8 chopped California Prunes
Optional toppings:
- fruit
- chopped nuts
- maple syrup
- granola
Directions
- Mix oats, almond milk and chia in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight
- Add California Prunes
- Add other toppings as desired
- Enjoy!
