California Prune Overnight Oats

A great on-the-go breakfast option with high energy ingredients and easily adaptable toppings. This breakfast is prepared the night before, and is left in the fridge overnight. Designed by a high performance athlete for high performance mornings.

  • 1/2 cup oats (steel cut/rolled)
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (or alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 6-8 chopped California Prunes

Optional toppings:

  • fruit
  • chopped nuts
  • maple syrup
  • granola


  1. Mix oats, almond milk and chia in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight
  2. Add California Prunes
  3. Add other toppings as desired
  4. Enjoy!
